In Pakistan, for over 30 years PSI with its independent network member and local NGO partners has been implementing social marketing, social franchising and behavior change communication programs in family planning and reproductive health. In 2017, PSI signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Pakistan’s Ministry of Interior (MOI) and has been working as a branch office of PSI Washington.

By 2022, PSI, together with our network members, reached an estimated 35.5 million consumers reached with primary healthcare products and services, including in family
planning, malaria, HIV, TB, and sanitation services. Additionally, over 14.6 users were reached through accelerated market growth and systems change. Moreover, 5.8 million consumers were reached through our social business model. By leveraging insights gained from our direct work with consumers, communities, government, and businesses, we create and scale consumer-powered healthcare programs. Our approach includes community-level interventions and demand-side strategies such as behavior change communication (BCC), social marketing, mass media, and edutainment. Through evidence-based tools and programs, we develop solutions for consumers and providers across various health domains.

Your contribution:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the organization’s digital partnership and integration strategy.
  • Assist the Head of Department with conducting digital health landscaping, technology and strategy.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic digital partnerships to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee tech-based projects and integrations (including web, mobile, and payment integration), including mobile app and web development, and UI/UX design.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration of digital partnerships into existing business operations.
  • Serve as the key person responsible from PSI Pakistan to curate, manage and maintain relationships with existing/new partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the digital healthcare ecosystem, including technology vendors and partners.
  • Oversee data infrastructure, architecture, cloud technology, and data visualization dashboards.
  • Apply consumer journey mapping methodologies to optimize the customer experience.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management to report on progress and results.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies such as AI, Web 3.0, and the Metaverse and identify opportunities for partnerships and integration • Develop and oversee budget for partnerships and integrations.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
What are we looking for?
The basics:
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital health and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships.
  • Strong background in web, mobile, and payment integration.
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, Web 3.0, and the Metaverse.
  • Experience in tech-based project management.
  • Experience in mobile app and web development, UI/UX design.
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, architecture, cloud technology, and data visualization dashboards.
  • Experience in consumer journey mapping.
